Who is responsible

This website is published by Radion Consulting, based in Utrecht, Netherlands (KvK 91299144, BTW NL004881246B62). Radion Consulting is the controller for the limited personal data described here. Questions can go to [email protected].

What this site collects

fractionalpartner.ai is a static information page. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and uses no trackers. The only browser storage is a light or dark theme preference, saved on the device when a visitor switches themes. That preference is functional, stays on the device, and is never sent anywhere.

The waitlist form

If you submit the waitlist form, the name, email, and note you provide are sent to Radion Consulting and stored in Brevo (an EU email and contact processor) to review fit and to make contact about the application. The lawful basis is the handling of your request before any engagement. No marketing is sent without separate consent, and the data can be deleted at any time via [email protected].

Hosting and server logs

The site is served through Cloudflare Pages. To deliver and secure the page, Cloudflare processes technical connection data, including the visitor IP address, on behalf of Radion Consulting. This is necessary to run the site safely and rests on a legitimate interest in security and availability. These logs are short-lived and are not used to profile visitors.

Applications, the waitlist, and booking all happen on radion.consulting. Once a visitor follows a link there, Radion Consulting's full privacy policy governs that visit. It is available at radion.consulting/privacy-policy.

Data rights

Under the AVG (GDPR), individuals can request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data, and can object to processing. Requests go to [email protected]. There is also a right to lodge a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
